    • Clear pictures of the issue

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refund may be provided as:

    • Store credit (if applicable)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side)

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items
  • Exchange depends on product availability

7. Shipping for Returns
